New on the menu starting today: Koshari, Egypt’s national dish!
It was the most popular weekly menu item at our Sakai location, now back by popular demand.
エジプトのソウルフードであるコシャリは、米とレンズ豆、マカロニ、揚げパスタを一緒に炊き、その上にトマトソース、ひよこ豆、チキンやマトンと言った具、最後にたっぷりのフライドオニオンを振りかけて食べる料理です。
SULKでは少しアレンジを加えて米と具は別調理、ですが味わいはほぼ再現できております。
大阪でコシャリが食べれるのはおそらくSULKだけ！
食べたことはない味わいながらも、やみつきになる美味しさです😋
Koshari is a soulful Egyptian dish made by cooking rice, lentils, macaroni, and crispy fried pasta together.
It’s topped with tomato sauce, chickpeas, meats like chicken or mutton, and plenty of fried onions.
At SULK, we cook the rice and toppings separately for a slightly modern twist—
but the taste is just as authentic.
You might only find Koshari in Osaka here at SULK!
